Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our founding engineer team at Eatwellconcetpt

Eatwellconcept is revolutionizing the way Thai people approach nutrition. We're a rapidly growing team providing online nutrition consultations, corporate wellness programs, and online nutrition resources. We're passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized guidance with an accurate clinical evidenced-based approach.

We are now hiring our first in-house Software Engineer to join us as a founding member of our tech team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape our technical direction, develop scalable systems, and drive the evolution of SAKID, our wellness mobile application. You’ll work directly with the CEO to scale our technology and make an impact in the health and wellness industry.

As our first senior engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to write code but also to shape the product technology and witness its growth with real users.

• Lead Product Development: Architect, build, and maintain our core SAKID platform, ensuring rapid feature growth, performance, and scalability.
• Shape the Tech Stack: Evaluate and implement the best technologies for our platform’s needs and execute some technology migrations.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Develop innovative solutions for technical and business challenges in the health and wellness space.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our clinical dietitians, sports scientists, psychologists product team, and other healthcare stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive Ownership & Innovation: Take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery meets company goals and long-term maintainability.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in React Native and Node.js (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and both relational/non-relational databases.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS preferred).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, service-oriented architecture, and mobile application development.
• Experience in building scalable, high-availability systems (optional).
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.

This is a full-time remote position in Bangkok, Thailand
