Job Description
- Primary responsibility for the delivery of Test Automation, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Data, Test Execution, Test Statistics and Regression Test Packs
- Review the defined test plans with Product Owner (PO) and Developers to ensure the test coverage are for the requirements or acceptance criteria
- Log defects and recreate them as needed, track defects through to resolution
- Ensure that all test deliverables are delivered and maintained in accordance with the defined testing standards and that these are thorough, complete, accurate and traceable
- Experience in developing test strategies and/or approaches for the effective use of automated test tools
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems and propose practical solutions
- Escalate any potential impact to the Scrum Master (SM) and/or Product Owner (PO) highlighting the specific product areas and associated risks
- Collaborate with Product owners (PO) and Developers to help in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong fundamentals with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Scrumban)
- Participate in show & tell sessions with clients & stakeholders and retrospectives with the team
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in testing enterprise software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related field
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Experience in QA Automation
- Experience in QA methodology
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

- Good communicator, able to articulate well within multi-lingual team where English is not always a first language
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, whilst maintaining quality
