Your tasks
- Provide Technical Support for RF Test & Measurement instruments
- Work closely with Sales Team to support customers on technical know-how, pre-sales and post sales activities
- Ensure system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site
- Conduct customer training as well as assist in pre-sales and post sales activities
- Provide on-site installation and commissioning, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware and software
- Understand customer’s problems/requirements, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant background and experience in RF-Test & Measurement equipment (Eg Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Vector Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer etc.)
- Strong and confident in presentation with good Command of communications (written and spoken)
- Capable to work under changing priorities
- Excellent Attitude and Good Service mind
