Main Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work in an agile, collaborative environment across cross-functional teams with an understanding of both frontend and backend development, while specializing in the backend.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement automated tests and participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot framework.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
