Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented
IT Security Engineer Intern to join our
Regional Security Department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in applying advanced security measures and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to strengthen IT security and governance. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to support secure software development, analyze security risks, and develop modern solutions to enhance cybersecurity in both web and mobile applications.
- Assist in integrating AI-driven solutions (e.g., LLMs, RAG) into security workflows and tools to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Support the implementation of Secure SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) practices across web and mobile application projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and testing to identify vulnerabilities in software systems and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate on the development of secure web and mobile applications using Java and Python.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate security processes and improve efficiency.
- Document best practices and guidelines for secure coding and application development.
- Monitor, analyze, and address potential security threats in real-time environments.
- Research emerging trends in AI, cybersecurity, and secure application development to propose innovative solutions.
Job Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of AI development concepts and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Understanding of SDLC and Secure SDLC principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience or interest in web and mobile application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
