Job Description

Who we are looking for?

An energetic leader with in-depth experience in technical support within the SaaS industry who is ready to build an amazing team of passionate colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a team of dedicated technical support staff ensuring smooth implementation within the Operations department.
  • Lead reporting and operational automation efforts.
  • Lead software automation project (AI, Chatbot etc.) as assigned.
  • Ensure all inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.
  • Provide web-based software services and systems communications to internal employees and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.


100% work on site is required

Monitor the health status of all systems, office infrastructure, and products, identifying exceptional cases and initiate and prioritize the repair process when required.

Requirements

  • Able to work on site (Mon - Fri)
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field,with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology (but if you have direct experience in related work, no need for education degree)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in total in API related work field with at least 2 years experience in project management.
  • Experience in using SQL or other Data Management tools is required
  • Knowledge in API and automated system
  • Experience in requirement negotiate with client or internal user.
  • Experience in web/mobile application after deploy maintenance.
  • Good Command in English (we will consider only candidate who can communicate in English well enough to speak with foreigner Country Manager)


If have experience in coding either Javascript, Python, C# would be advantage (not a must).
