  • Create and maintain team operation and financial reports and dashboards to track key performance and related metrics
  • Partner with business teams to conduct analyses and provide insights to optimize functional cost, operational performance and drive business growth
  • Assist in the planning and execution of functional projects to meet intended goals within the targeted timeline
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the team’s overall success

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial, Statistics or other quantitative fields
  • 1-3 years work experience as Business Intelligence, Business Analyst or Auditing in E-commerce or other fast-growing industries
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Demonstrate good commercial sense and business acumen
  • Knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn)
