Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the change approval process, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information and evaluate proposed changes.
- Review and assess change requests, taking into account potential risks, benefits, and organizational impacts.
- Provide recommendations for approving or rejecting changes based on evaluations and feedback.
- Monitor the implementation progress of approved changes and track their execution.
- Report the status of change requests and approvals to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the change approval process and implement best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to refine and improve change management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).
- Preferred certifications in change management or ITIL.
- 8 years of experience in change management, IT service management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
