Job description
- Research and create realistic customer journeys.
- Deliver designs for our app, from rough sketches to pixel-perfect interactions.
- Align your design efforts within the UX team and with other stakeholders, including branding, marketing, business analysts, product owners and developers.
- Design for app and responsive web technology (RWD, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Create innovative designs to solve customer problems.
- Develop paper/whiteboard sketches, storyboards, artist impressions, digital prototypes, mock-ups, pixel-perfect designs and production-ready visual elements.
- Visual design for digital (typography, vector images, animations, RWD, CSS).
- Ability to run user experience process (user stories, personas, storyboard, and flows according to requirements, wireframes, information architecture)
- Conduct usability tests and user research (usability tests, card sorting, data analysis, interviews, observation).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, visual design, interaction design, art, media, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work in digital, design, media. Financial industry will be highly advantaged.
- Experienced in working in a big organization, multinational team, as well as Agile working environments.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Ability to apply a wide range of design methods.
- Deep understanding of fundamental design principles.
- Understand and apply industry-best practices, standards and CI guidelines.
