Responsibility

  • Research and Discovery
  • Lead and conduct both user understanding research and UX research to gather information for understanding both end-users and product requirement
  • Lead discovery workshop within the UX team and analysis data to finding solutions for product design or initiative design
  • Make decisions about solutions and what need to be build to solves all issues from both customer’s view and stakeholder’s view
  • Sketch and Design
  • Lead develop conceptual design process to weigh pros and cons of each design option and develop compelling experience
  • Review design from team and make sure that all output is consistency with ttb business one experience, fulfill requirements, and solve end-user issues
  • Align design efforts within the UX team and with other stakeholders, including branding, marketing, business analysts, product owners and engineers.
  • Review and approve design package with high quality, pixel-perfect grade and ready to develop
  • Develop and utilize the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to design standards across all product.
  • Implement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product owners and engineers team to define solutions for product direction, visuals and experience
  • Plan and define product design roadmap which match with ttb spark’s roadmap and development plan
  • Monitor and take insights from analytics teams to steer future design development
  • Coach and mentor UX team members to reach company’s working standard and support their career path and goals by knowledge sharing, design workshop, etc.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, ICT or a related field.
  • Experience : 1–5 years in UX/UI design
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • UX Research: Basic knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and user interviews.
  • Design Systems: Understanding of design systems, web/mobile design principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Requirement Analysis: Capability to actively listen and translate business needs and user feedback into actionable design tasks.
