Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a Mid .NET Software Engineer who will join one of our projects in the betting/ gaming industry. You will become a part of our multicultural team working on one of our projects in the gaming industry where you will work with client’s platforms to support multiple verticals, trigger more promotion types and other unsupported features, integrated with multiple gaming, feed and payment providers.

The team will be involved in defining the technical strategy and architectural direction, to move away as much as possible from stored procedures by using more modern technologies and architecture.

What you will do

  • Apply knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, perform code reviews, and pair programming to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with our technical teams, perform code reviews, and pair programming to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Set coding standards, best practices, and enforce quality across the team
  • Design and implement advanced applications with complex business logic
  • Help improve the overall user experience, making sure our solutions meet the business requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team ceremonies to ensure alignment on goals and tasks
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers and accept feedback to continuously improve coding practices
  • Be part of a self-contained Agile team, working closely with other internal stakeholders, including other Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners

Requirements

  • Experience with C#, .NET Core 5+, and .NET framework
  • Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL and PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of Cloud services (preferably AWS)
  • Configuration of CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure Devops)
  • Continuous Deployment
  • Familiar with Agile/SCRUM/Lean software development
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
