Technical Lead / Lead Full Stack Developer - IT Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic technical lead to lead software delivery projects while mentoring and supporting technical team members. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, follow best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You should have experience in development, architecture, and testing across frontend, backend, and/or mobile tiers. Collaboration, effective communication with stakeholders, and a focus on exceeding expectations are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery quality and performance
• Lead and mentor engineers to support their growth and career development
• Collaborate with developers, Agilists, stakeholders, and designers to build exceptional applications
• Build confidence in project delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics
• Provide architecture-level and code-level feedback for the engineering team
• Guide technical decision-making and contribute to the technical roadmap
• Implement DevOps practices to automate the delivery pipeline

Requirements:

• Creative individual with deep technological expertise and software development background
• Strong communication skills with a sense of idealism and pragmatism
• Curiosity and ability to quickly grasp and understand different software environments and solutions
• Experience in interviewing and leading a development team
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Front-end (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS), Mobile (e.g., Flutter, React-Native, Native Android/iOS), and Back-end (e.g., NodeJS, Java, Python, Databases) development
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and XP

Additional Information:

• Familiarity with digital projects, transformation projects, and technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS, Flutter, GoLang, Java
• Exposure to DevOps/Cloud, Big Data, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain
• Passionate about making a positive impact and contributing to R&D, IT conferences, and writing articles
