As a Systems Engineer, you will manage and support the technical infrastructure, including M365/O365 apps and Microsoft Intune. You'll deliver top-notch technical services, provide strategic direction, and act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk. As a Systems Engineer, you will manage and support the technical infrastructure, including M365/O365 apps and Microsoft Intune. You'll deliver top-notch technical services, provide strategic direction, and act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk. This role offers you the unique opportunity to create a positive impact through your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high levels of service that meet or exceed agreed SLA’s
- Respond appropriately to requests for computing support or incidents from customers
- Monitor the performance, availability and capacity of system hardware, software & associated infrastructure applications
- Install, test and maintain new or modified systems software, hardware, firmware or middleware
- Administration and support for Azure Iaas/PaaS, M365 app delivery, Teams, Calling, Rooms service, SD-WAN service, configuration and hardware
- Demonstrated extensive experience (3-5+ years) in technical services delivery in M365 apps, Microsoft Intune and Sharepoint
- Nice to have experience with Telephony & Video Conferencing, Microsoft Azure, Power Shell, SD WAN network, ManageEngine AD Manager Plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
