What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams.

SAP FICO Implementation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of SAP FICO.
  • Manage data migration, testing, and user training activities.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and ensure project deliverables meet established quality criteria. o Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP FICO projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP FICO implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
