• Plan Projects : Support the development of comprehensive project plans, covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.

• Manage Risks : Identify and mitigate project risks, facilitating resolutions efficiently.

• Assure Quality : Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Maintain Documentation : Keep comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and relevant artifacts.

We love that you are…

• Experienced : With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field, and at least 5 years in a PMO role, ideally with SAP DMC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledgeable : Strong grasp of project management methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, SAFE).
• Skilled with Tools : Proficient in project management software like Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical : Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Communicative : Able to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Certified : PMP or similar certification is desirable.
