Description

  • Conduct research to gather target user insights and design UX/UI solutions based on the design thinking process
  • Collaborate with developers to define and refine design requirements and specifications
  • Communicate design concepts through storyboards, process flow, and sitemaps
  • Develop creative concepts and ideas into wireframes, workflow diagrams, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience
  • Maintain a strong grasp of current design and technology trends and styles
  • Understand project requirements and translate the same to the deliverables with high level of creativity
  • Provide creative direction and design input for various projects
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of design system, and UI specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience working with UX/UI design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively
  • Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
  • Knowledge of good ux design practices and relevant law and regulations
  • Self-initiative and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of design tasks
  • Flexible, embrace change, and can organize multi-task and shift priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure
  • Copywriting
  • Excellent command in English and Thai, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with team members
  • Knowledge about and experience in AGILE, SCRUM methodologies is a plus
  • Front-end development principles and frameworks knowledge (such as HTML, CSS, etc.) is preferred but not required
