Project Manager, SAP S/4HANA (Manufacturing)

In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role leading and coordinating all aspects of the SAP S/4 HANA implementation in Manufacturing.

What you will be doing

• Develops and defines a comprehensive plan, including milestones, critical path and resource allocation (including external capacity) to ensure the SAP implementation in quality, time and budget
• Actively participates and RFPs, contract creation and negotiations. Performance manages external partners
• Leads project teams and coordinate their activities to ensure project objectives are meet
• Actively identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies for the success of the program
• Measures and reports on risks, actions, progress, outcome and results within the agreed programme governance
• Collaborates with external partners to deliver program objectives

What is needed to succeed

• 5-10 years of proven experience of project management on large scale global programs, especially in SAP manufacturing
• Expert level in project management methodologies and tools. SAP activate methodology and/or PMP certification a plus
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle and coordinate the work of large groups in big programs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify, assess and resolve issues, risks and dependencies.
• Good communication skills and ability to inspire teams to deliver
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, functionalities and integration points in the retail or manufacturing space a plus
