Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and develop plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about IT solution and application, including annual budget and operating cost to align with organization’s policies and objectives
- Administer budget and operating cost within the department to support the operations effectively
- Maintain overall supervision of IT solution and application activities effectively
- Participate in the establishment of long-range objectives for departmental programs to ensure efficient performance
- Understand rules and policies about IT solution and application to be able to provide advice to employees
- Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in related field and 5-7 years of team management
- Understand software and application development and management
- Have skill in management
- Have good computer skills especially in specific programs
- Have Thai and English communication skills
- Be able to coordinate
- Be creative
