Senior UI Designer

QUO is seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join our digital design team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our digital design efforts, working closely with UX specialists, project managers, and developers to create stunning, user-friendly interfaces. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical UI and UX skills, and who truly understands how to bring a brand to life in the digital space. The Senior UI Designer will craft designs that not only look great but also work brilliantly for our clients and their users. This position is crucial for making a real impact – both for our clients and within our team.

Job description:

• Lead the UI design process for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms, from concept to delivery
• Collaborate closely with UX specialists, project managers, and developers to create sophisticated, user-centric interfaces
• Craft visually compelling and functional designs that meet client business objectives and enhance brand identity
• Apply deep understanding of branding principles to seamlessly integrate brand guidelines into digital designs
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Translate user research insights into effective design solutions
• Stay current with and implement modern UI design trends, techniques, and accessibility standards
• Guide and mentor junior designers in the team
• Contribute to the development of visual brand identities for digital platforms
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges
• Ensure high-quality design output that aligns with QUO's standards of excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Web Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a focus on UI/UX for web, mobile, and software applications
• Proven track record of leading successful digital design projects from concept to launch
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Comprehensive understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, grid layouts, and accessibility standards
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for large-scale projects
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
• Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the digital space
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments, preferably in a creative agency setting
• Adaptability to work within Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
