Role & Responsibility
UXUI Designers at our agency are passionate about creating user-centered digital experiences. You'll leverage strong design principles and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. Excellent communication and collaboration are key, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
User Research & Analysis:
- Participate in user research activities like interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze research findings to understand user needs and identify opportunities.
- Contribute to user persona development.
Design Strategy & Concept Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop design concepts.
- Create user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
User Interface Design:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Ensure design consistency with established guidelines.
- Consider accessibility principles in design decisions.
Interaction Design :
- Define interaction models, information architecture, and navigation patterns.
- Design micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
- Ensure a smooth and cohesive flow between components and features.
Design Documentation & Communication:
- Participate in creating design documentation for developers.
- Communicate design rationale and concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate design reviews and incorporate feedback.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to improving design processes and workflows.
Additional Senior-Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and resources.
- Develop design strategies and lead user research initiatives.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior designers.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the agency and with clients.
- May contribute to business development efforts through proposals and presentations.

The Qualifications
- Comfortably communicate in English both written and spoken.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Thai language proficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience using UX methods and design thinking processes.
- Proven experience with interaction design and prototyping.
- Experience designing in Figma, particularly with using components and design systems.
- A strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines.
- An outstanding design portfolio that demonstrates design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
- A good understanding of graphic design, color theory, fonts, and illustration.
- A nice personality and willingness to have fun with the team.
