The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Timeline and Budget Management: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest quality standards. Oversee the QA team to guarantee that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Reporting: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in project management, particularly within the IT/Software QA industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
