Content Graphic Designer / Content Creator (BKK)

The Content Creator will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content that meets the needs of our customers, and researching to suggest newer methods and platforms to increase the marketing target, also working simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published.

Main responsibilities:

• Design graphic content according to the needs of our customers
• Write clear and usable content adapted to the audiences of our clients
• Review content to ensure it is accurate, relevant and meets our client’s design guidelines and regulations
• Monitor the performance of contents using analytics platforms and metrics
• Manage content and handle questions and customer service for GVN Marketing customers using our content creation services
• Understand engagement, conversion, and other social media KPIs
• Plan own workload within broader objectives
• Collaborate with GVN marketing internal team

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in graphic design programs (PS, Ai, Premiere, Canva) and social media administration.
• 1-3 years of experiences in content writing and research marketing
• Responsible, punctual, agile, thoughtful, creative, and positive thinking
• Good communication in Thai and English for both internal and external parties
• Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Talent for playing ping-pong or babyfoot tables is a plus
• Excellent writing skills in Thai
• DJ talent to help create our office epic music playlist is a plus
• Detail oriented work style with a creative mind
