Junior Web Designer and Developer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in investigating user experience design requirements for digital assets.
• Contribute to the creation of websites from scratch.
• Support the development of a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Participate in testing and improving website design.
• Design visual imagery that aligns with client branding.
• Prepare design plans and website structures.
• Maintain and update websites, identifying and resolving code errors and bugs.
• Work closely with senior developers and team members for effective collaboration.
• Identify and address client website issues based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

• Up to 1 year of experience in front-end or back-end development, website design, UI/UX design, or related fields (recent graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with various website design platforms and software is a plus (e.g., Wix, Shopify, WordPress).
• Strong grasp of website development fundamentals.
• Ability to thrive in a fun and dynamic work environment.
• DJ talent for contributing to our office playlist is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
• Experience in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Desired characteristics: responsibility, punctuality, agility, thoughtfulness, creativity, and a positive mindset.

Optional:

• Experience with AR/VR is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in front-end web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript) is a strong advantage.
