Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and highly responsible Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our vibrant team. This unique role offers the opportunity to shadow the CEO and gain hands-on experience in developing new hospitality concepts from design to branding to operational launch. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in food branding, hospitality, health and wellness, and interior design. Key Responsibilities:
Shadowing and Support:
- Assist the CEO in daily activities, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Provide comprehensive support in managing the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Development:
- Collaborate with the CEO in the conceptualization and development of new hospitality products and brands.
- Research and present trends in food branding, hospitality, health and wellness, and interior design.
- Assist in the creation of branding strategies, design concepts, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline project execution.
Creativity and Detail Orientation:
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the design and branding of new hospitality ventures.
- Ensure all projects maintain a high standard of quality and align with the company’s vision.
- Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of project development and execution.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in food branding, health and wellness, and design trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
