We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of user experience and user interface design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging designs, and the ability to drive design initiatives from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership and Expertise in Design Tools: Lead the design process from concept through completion, using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- User Research and User-Centered Design: Conduct and analyze user research, integrating findings into design processes to ensure solutions meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Interaction and Visual Design: Craft engaging and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, applying principles of interaction design, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating design ideas to ensure alignment.
- Prototyping, Testing, and Responsive Design: Create interactive prototypes, conduct testing to validate and iterate designs, and develop responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- UX Writing and Accessibility: Enhance user interfaces through UX writing and content strategy, and design inclusive products compliant with accessibility standards like WCAG.
- Design System: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all design projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
