Responsibilities:
- Lead All Marketing Strategy / Plan and Work Direction for SIWILAI both Retail (Multi brands / Mono brand) and Social Club (F&B) department for both Macro and Micro view to achieve the highest sales, traffic and awareness performances that align with SIWILAI’s positioning, objectives and targeted customers
- Initiate and Deliver new creative ideas, tactical campaigns and work strategy for all marketing campaigns in order to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs especially for Sales, Traffic and Awareness
- Able to provide marketing directions that match with campaign’s objectives and KPIs while able to make decision and provide solutions for all tasks and campaigns to management and team members
- Oversee and Monitor all team member’s performances and make sure all team member deliver and take care of all tasks at their best efforts
- Manage and Co-ordinate with both International partners, Outsource and Internal Team
- Budget Control
- Team Management
Qualifications:
- Strong background and work experiences in Marketing, Retail Business, Fashion Brands, Creative Agency
- Deep knowledge in Marketing / Brand Management, PR and Creative fields
- Have a creative mindset with excellent in taste and reference that match with SIWILAI’s positioning and targeted customer
- Proven records of success Marketing campaigns from previous work experiences
- Strong leadership quality
- Detail oriented and KPIs driven
- Have a critical / analytic and creative mindset and able to adjust themselves into different work tasks and functions
- Able to work in multitasking functions and can work under pressure
