RESPONSIBILITIES ROLE BREAKDOWN:

• Working with the Design Director, brainstorming, and leading the creative and strategy to win the projects.
• Design proposal concepts and design solutions for Clients.
• Provide strong project leadership and seamless service to our clients.
• Leader, Deliver confident, experienced, and skilled space planning, applying knowledge of the planning process and building regulations where applicable.
• Attend regular internal and external design team meetings and assist the designers on the conceptual and technical side of the design process.
• Produce all delivery drawings and specifications to a design intent package level.
• Leadership in producing detailed project timelines with internal milestones.
• Always Provide regular and timely updates and progress reports to the Design Director.
• Manage and check information produced by consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Respond effectively to complex questions and troubleshoot problems, while working and switching between various projects.
• Close projects efficiently- support the project team in rectifying problems and wrapping up projects as quickly as possible.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES MUST HAVE:

• A bachelor’s Degree in interior design is a must or solid background.
• Minimum of 7 years of Senior Interior Designer in the luxury or commercial sector.
• Minimum of 7 years of Senior Interior designer who coordinates with clients to be satisfied and contractors to complete the project.
• Full proficiency in Auto CAD, 3dmax, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Sheets, and presentation.
• Strong responsibility for handling multi projects also datelines.
• Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.
• An understanding of project programs and deadlines.
• Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
• Talent communication and negotiation skills.
• An energetic can-do attitude with positive energy.
• Excellent proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal teams (Design team and Project management team) and external customers/clients/business partners and build strong relationships.
