Founded in 2015 and led by principal designer Gwen Tan – co-founder of Formwerkz Architects, Studio iF is an interior design studio conceived with more than 20 years of architectural and interior design practice. With a profound understanding of luxury as well as expertise in hospitality design, we are able to curate bespoke interior experiences tailored to embrace, elevate, and celebrate our clients’ luxurious lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

• .Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
• Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client’s requirements.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.
• Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends & best practices.
• Participate in design review presentations to management to gain approval to proceed with said design.
• High quality visual execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Interior Design, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to understand and read design and technical drawings.
• Self-motivated and result orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English and knowledge for Unreal Engine is advantage.
• Proficient in CAD, 3DS x Corona, Sketchup, Adobe & Microsoft office
